Stephen David is an Assistant Professor in the Oregon Hearing Research Center at Oregon Health and Science University. His research focuses on two areas: 1. Understanding computations performed by the brain during hearing. 2. The role of mentorship in academic research fields. In both areas, computational modeling methods are used to identify the fundamental processes at work in complex networks.
